Fitness Program ala Sherlock Holmes
Robert Downey Jr. was getting ready for Sherlock Holmes but Brad Rose, his trainer felt that he was skinny.
Bose designed a fitness program for Downey to get him ready for his role. He had to train minimum 4 times a week. It involved military presses, dips, and bench presses. Each session would take from 40 to 90 minutes. Bose changed the duration of each session was every training session to help Downey focused.
Downey also practiced Wing Chun to stay in shape.
